Robbie S. Liles - Co-Founder & CEO of AMCG - Robbie was born and raised in NC and has been a Licensed Building Contractor in NC for over 25 years. He was taught the value of hard work at a very young age while working in Johnston County tobacco fields through many summers in his childhood.  Robbie attributes his work ethic to his father, Johnny, who taught him to always do what you say and do it with pride.  Throughout his career, Robbie, who still owns & operates a private building company,  has built marine construction, custom homes ranging from 500K - 2.5+M , helped develop subdivisions and managed numerous commercial projects. Robbie is a proud Dad of 3 amazing children, Parker, Hannah & Avery.  Parker currently  works with his Dad and is poised to become President of his Dad's private building company in the future, while his girl's are charting different career paths, with one aiming to achieve her Dr of Veterinary Medicine Degree while the other pursues her passion in the world of business & entrepreneurship. Robbie also enjoys other endeavors outside of the construction industry which include being a member of a Search & Rescue Team in Garner, NC as well as a member of a billfish tournament team out of Morehead City, NC. Mike Dupree - Co-Founder & COO of AMCG - having been raised on a tobacco farm and starting his career path in residential, commercial and industrial construction for over 3 decades, Mike is an NC native with a lifelong background of hard work and dedication to his clients. His career began in the mid 90s where he started working for a local framing subcontractor picking up trash on job sites. He quickly moved his way up the ladder. From Framing, to siding, roofing, auto and heavy equipment mechanic work all the way up to owning a successful commercial/industrial flooring company and concrete/masonry company, he has been a vital part of numerous successful projects. His skills range anywhere from swinging a hammer to managing multimillion dollar projects and maintaining customer relationships. One of Mike’s main attributes is his integrity and transparency. Mike is an avid outdoorsman And is also a USCG Licensed 100 ton Master Captain. Mike has been married for over 24 years to his middle school sweetheart and has three successful children as well as two grandchildren. If he’s not on the job site, he is most likely running his Charter boat, a 50’ Sportfish “Bale Money” (named after his late grandparents’ tobacco farming operation) that is docked on Morehead City’s waterfront next to Big Rock Landing.

Joseph Willis- Regional Site Manager- Joey grew up in Eastern NC and has been on & around the water his entire life.  Joey is a licensed commercial fisherman and if he's not on a jobsite, he's on the water.  He was a site manager for an Eastern NC marine construction co. for many years and he not only managed the sites, but when needed, he would put the toolbelt back on and get the projects to completion.  We depend on Joey to keep our field operations  running smooth.
